As an Epic professional since 2012, I have served in dozens of hospitals and trained countless end users. From full-cycle implementations to training projects to Go Live support, I've done it all!
As an Ambulatory/Beacon/Cupid/Radiant/TED Certified Principal Trainer (Instructional Designer), I have created curriculum for numerous health care systems and and taught may health care professionals, including doctors, surgeons, nurses, technologists, medical assistants, front desk staff, film librarians and managers. I have also assisted in workflow validation and analysis, as well as the development of numerous training environments.
As a Credentialed Trainer, I have also taught Cadence, ClinDoc, CPOE (Orders), Dermatology, HIM, Kaleidoscope, and Stork.
This broad experience has helped me to deeply understand the myriad branches of healthcare in both inpatient and outpatient settings, on both the clinical and business sides.
